"Para mim, um indício de que um disco é muito bom é quando ele capta totalmente minha atenção. Pouquíssimos trabalhos me fizeram sentir assim."  E continua, "... pus Atravesso para tocar esperando apenas um som inteligente. Mas o resultado foi muito diferente: eu emudeci. Não apenas parei tudo o que estava fazendo como silenciei toda minha mente. Mergulhei em cada palavra cantada, em cada nota tocada, em cada verso declamado naqueles intensos 31 minutos."
